Bag should be in a Jessie bag in your suite,  For T-shirt -
5)Scroll down the page, Click on the yellow Start button
6)Do the quiz till you finish it and character shows up
5)Leave the proxy, Go to stardoll as usual
T-shirt should be in a Jessie bag in your suite - if it's not, do the quiz again, I personally also got it only with 2nd time
